RFADv4 is Live! (and hopefully runs better)

New Stuff! (not much)

I slapped together a graphics menu. This is not final, and not the full amount of graphical tweakedness that will be available. This was me trying to make the game run better, and part of what helped me identify the problem.

Runs 1200% Faster! (give or take a few thousand)

I need to test this on my friend's computer, but based on profiler results before and after my changes, it should run better. We'll see.
